Our teachers know their students and work with them to help them realise their potential as learners. Our focus on authentic learning and authentic assessment ensures that we challenge our students to grow in their learning and achieve their personal best.
Throughout our community of Sydney Catholic schools, we have shown high performance of our students in measures such as NAPLAN and the HSC.
At St Michael’s Catholic Primary School Lane Cove, our students experience a number of opportunities to showcase their learning and achievements:

- CaSPA – Creative and Performing Arts
- SCS Pathway Sports
Some of our other recent achievements include:

- Our gifted and talented students have gained high level of achievement in the Hypatia’s Challenge, the North Shore Challenge (involving cluster schools), and Write4fun competitions;
- Many of our students are involved in pathways sport with them participating at an Archdiocesan level;
- Students have been able to compete within the creative arts, students being selected to be part of the CaSPA performances.
